Pricing questions from plant teams

Do you charge per seat?

No. Corivo is priced per facility, with unlimited users on every plan. Your whole maintenance crew — technicians, planners, and plant managers — can work in Corivo without per-seat fees.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing period.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel anytime from your account settings. You keep access through the end of the current billing period.

What happens if I exceed the Starter asset limit?

Starter includes up to 75 assets. When you approach the limit, we notify you early. You can upgrade to Growth for unlimited assets, or archive unused equipment to stay on Starter.
